Hallo,
kann ich ein Dachgeschoss im EFH (separates Treppenhaus fürs DG besteht) als notwendiges BV behandeln und dabei gleichzeitig nach § 8 EStDV auf eine Aktivierung verzichten?!
Ein häusliches Azi ist sonst wohl anzunehmen wegen räumlicher Nähe. Anderer Arbeitsplatz am Unternehmen liegt vor.
